Bringing your pet home…
All animals are vaccinated, wormed, treated for fleas, etc. as needed. You will receive a health record to take with you when you adopt. Please bring some sort of carrier for kittens and cats. Dogs will need a crate and/or harness with a leash.

“Seniors for Seniors” Program
We know that older cats often have a hard time finding new homes, and so the LHS has developed a program to match older cats with seniors in the community. Seniors are eligible to adopt a senior cat (found in the “Older Cats” album) for free! We even have incentives for seniors who would like to adopt a cat but have financial limitations - these incentives can be discussed at the time of adoption. These older cats make great companions and still have lots of love to give to their new owners.
